The Wild Swans have just announced that they'll be joined at their two special events in Liverpool on 23rd and 24th July 2009 by former Echo and the Bunnymen bassist Les Pattinson. This ends some (admittedly fairly wild) speculation as to who will be holding down those low notes. Also performing a set at the events will be harpist Rebecca Joy Sharp.
